Pamela Adams, Partner
Pam is a tax partner, specializing in tax planning and compliance for individuals, small businesses and nonprofit organizations, including private foundations. Her experience includes income tax planning and strategies for stock options, alternative minimum tax, and marital dissolutions.

A graduate of UC Berkeley, Pam began her career at a Big 4 public accounting firm, moved into private industry and then joined Barbara in 1983. She and Barbara formed the partnership in 1990.

Pam is currently on the Board of Directors of Students Rising Above and is a member of the University of California Alumni Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
