Carol Fan, Tax Manager 
Carol is a tax manager and has been with Brown Adams LLP since 2006.  She provides accounting and tax services to high net worth individuals, fiduciaries, and closely-held businesses, which includes strategies to minimize tax liabilities and advising on complex tax issues.  Carol specializes in international taxation.  

Carol received her Master of Accountancy from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
