Barbara established the firm in 1980 after eight years of public and private accounting experience. Barbara specializes in tax planning for high net worth individuals and businesses. She is experienced in advising clients on strategic tax planning, retirement planning, marital and business dissolutions. Barbara is also a frequent lecturer on income tax topics.

Barbara graduated from California State University at Sacramento with honors.

Barbara is a past board member of Elizabeth Gamble Garden in Palo Alto, California, and a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
